Did you know that….

Montgomery is the Birthplace of the Texas Flag?  

A 40,000 square foot, “secret bunker” was completed in 1982 on the outskirts of Montgomery?  Ling-Chieh Kung, nephew of Soon May-ling, feared that either the Soviet Union or People’s Republic of China would launch weapons towards the US, so built the structure to house at least 700 people for a 2-month period.  To read what happened to this “secret bunker”, view the Montgomery, Texas Wikipedia entry...>
